Most businesses that come to me for digital marketing have already spent money on it. They boosted a few posts on Facebook. They paid someone to "do SEO." They might have even run Google Ads for a month. And most of them stopped because they couldn't tell if any of it actually worked. That's not a marketing problem. That's a clarity problem.
From housing societies and hospitals to restaurants, law firms, and eCommerce brands across Pakistan.

Most businesses that come to me for digital marketing have already spent money on it. They boosted a few posts. They paid someone to "do SEO." Maybe they ran Google Ads for a month. And most stopped because they couldn't tell if any of it actually worked. That's not a marketing problem — it's a clarity problem.
A digital marketing agency in Pakistan should do one thing well: put your business in front of people ready to buy, and show you the numbers that prove it happened. That's what I do at connecthammad, alongside web design — because the two are inseparable. I cover SEO in detail on the SEO Services page and posting on the Social Media page; this page focuses on how all the channels work together, with a deeper look at paid ads, TikTok, content, and email.
A catch-all term for every way you attract customers through the internet. Each channel does a different job.
Some channels bring buyers already searching for what you sell; others build awareness so people remember you later. A good strategy uses more than one and ties them together so they feed each other.
Google Ads puts your business at the top of results when someone searches a phrase related to what you sell. The difference from social ads is intent — you're answering a question, not interrupting.
You pick the keywords you want to show up for and set a daily budget. Google charges each time someone clicks (that's "pay per click," or PPC). The person lands on your site, and if it's clear and fast, they call, fill a form, or order.
Cost per click depends on competition. High-demand industries (real estate, law, medical) cost more. A small business running local ads in one city might spend Rs 30,000 to Rs 80,000/month on ad budget alone, with my management fee on top.
Results are trackable down to the rupee — how many clicked, how many called, and what each lead cost. That's why Google Ads suits service businesses (clinics, law firms, tuition centres, construction), B2B, and anyone whose customers search before buying. A dentist running "teeth whitening Islamabad" ads will see calls within the first week if the campaign is set up correctly.
People here aren't searching — they're scrolling. Your ad has to stop the scroll. That makes these platforms best for awareness and visually appealing products.
Budgets start lower than Google — a local business can test for Rs 15,000 to Rs 40,000/month in ad spend. But cheap clicks mean nothing if they don't convert; the landing page, offer, and follow-up matter as much as the ad. I manage Facebook and Google accounts together, so I can track which brings cheaper leads and shift budget there — something you miss when two separate freelancers never talk to each other.
Per DataReportal's 2025 reports, Pakistan is one of TikTok's largest markets by user count — pulling in shoppers of all ages for fashion, food, beauty, and electronics.
TikTok marketing means short video ads (15–60 seconds) that blend into the feed. The algorithm rewards content that feels real and unscripted, which plays to small businesses — a 30-second clip of a tailor in Multan cutting fabric outperforms a polished corporate ad because it feels authentic. It also has a self-serve ad platform like Facebook's, for traffic, lead generation, and catalogue sales.
Who should consider it: if your customers are under 40 and your product is fun to watch (food, fashion, fitness, beauty, décor, gadgets), TikTok deserves a test. If you sell accounting software or industrial machinery, your budget is better spent on Google. TikTok ad management is included in the Full Service package below; for standalone campaigns, reach out for a quote.
Useful material — blog posts, guides, videos — that answers the questions your customers already ask. It builds over months, then keeps working for years without ongoing ad spend.
A physiotherapy clinic in Rawalpindi publishes "best exercises for lower back pain." Google indexes it, people find it, and some book an appointment. That single post can bring in patients for two or three years without another rupee spent on it. Content works best paired with SEO (so it ranks) and social (so it gets initial distribution) — a post nobody reads helps no one.
What I do: plan content around the keywords your customers search, write or coordinate the writing, publish it with proper on-page SEO (meta titles, descriptions, alt text, internal linking, schema), and track how each piece performs in Search Console and Analytics.
The most underused channel for Pakistani businesses. Most don't collect email addresses at all — missing the cheapest way to stay in touch with people who already know them.
Tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, and ConvertKit make it affordable — a list of 1,000 to 5,000 subscribers runs on a free or very low-cost plan. I set up the platform, design the templates, write the sequences (welcome, follow-ups, offers), and connect everything to your site so new subscribers get added automatically. After setup, run it yourself or I manage it monthly.
The part most businesses get wrong — and the reason I run both together.
Ads send 500 people to a site that takes 8 seconds to load on mobile, with the contact form buried and text too small to read. Result: 500 clicks, maybe 2 enquiries, and the budget gone.
The same 500 clicks land on a fast, mobile-friendly page with a clear headline, a WhatsApp button at the top, and a form that takes 10 seconds. The ad didn't change — the website did.
When I manage both, I can change a headline, swap a call to action, or speed up a page the same day I spot a problem in the ad data. Google measures this too: Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) directly affect your ad quality score, and a slow site means a higher cost per click — Google's own web.dev documentation confirms page experience influences both organic rankings and ad costs.
Every client gets a monthly report. Here's what's in it and what a healthy result looks like.
| Metric | What it tells you | Healthy sign |
|---|---|---|
| Impressions | How many people saw your ad or listing | Trending up month over month |
| Clicks | How many people visited your site | Steady or growing |
| Click-through rate (CTR) | Percentage of viewers who clicked | Above 2% search, above 0.8% social |
| Cost per click (CPC) | What you pay for each visitor | Stable or decreasing |
| Conversions | Calls, form fills, purchases, WhatsApp messages | The number that actually matters |
| Cost per conversion | How much each lead or sale costs you | Lower than the profit that customer brings |
| Return on ad spend (ROAS) | Revenue divided by ad spend | Above 3x for ecommerce, varies for services |
If a past agency only sent a PDF full of impressions and reach with no conversion data, that's a red flag. Impressions mean nothing if nobody calls. Realistic expectations by budget (June 2026 estimates):
Enough for Google or Facebook in a single city. Expect 20 to 60 leads per month depending on industry.
Google Ads for high-intent searchers plus Facebook for retargeting and awareness. Expect 50 to 200 leads.
Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with dedicated landing pages and content. Volume leads with room to test, optimise, and scale.
These are ballpark ranges, not guarantees. Results depend on your industry, competition, offer, and how well your website converts. I'll give a more accurate forecast after reviewing your setup.
Prices below are management fees. Ad budget is separate and paid directly to Google, Meta, or TikTok. Prices as of June 2026.
Get consistent, and get found
Ads + social, working together
Every channel, one strategy
Why the three-month minimum? Month one is setup and learning, month two is optimisation on real numbers, and month three is where reliable patterns appear. Agencies that promise results in week one are either lying or spending your budget recklessly. Custom packages are available — if you only need Google Ads management, or only email setup, message me and I'll quote it separately.
SEO is one part of digital marketing. It focuses specifically on getting your website to appear higher in Google's organic (unpaid) results through on-page optimisation, content, technical fixes, and link building. Digital marketing is the full picture: SEO, paid ads, social media, content, email, and anything else that brings customers to you online. I cover SEO in depth on the SEO Services page.
Yes. Running both together is better than running them separately with two providers. I can see which platform brings cheaper leads, move budget between them, and make sure the landing pages work for both traffic sources. The Business and Full Service packages include both.
There's no one-size-fits-all answer, but as a starting point: a local service business in one city can plan Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 per month in ad budget plus management fees to get enough data. If you sell products online across multiple cities, plan for Rs 80,000 or more in ad spend. Start small, measure everything, and increase only when the numbers prove it's profitable.
Through conversions, not vanity metrics. A conversion is the action that matters — a call, a WhatsApp message, a form submission, an online purchase. I track these with Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and call tracking where possible. Every monthly report breaks down how many conversions each channel produced and what each one cost.
It depends on your audience and product. TikTok's user base in Pakistan is large and growing, and the platform rewards authentic, short-form video. If you sell clothing, food, beauty, fitness, or anything visually interesting to an under-40 audience, it's worth testing. If your customers are corporate buyers or your product needs a longer sales conversation, your budget is better spent on Google Ads or LinkedIn.
